Welcome to Tie Verse. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or purchasing our products and custom services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Overview

  • Tie Verse specializes in manufacturing and supplying custom ties, school uniforms, sweaters, badges, ID cards, and printed lanyards for corporate organizations, educational institutions, and individuals.
  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Custom Orders & Sample Approvals

  • Proofing & Accuracy: For custom-made items (such as ties with logos, embroidered badges, custom ID lanyards, or specialized school sweaters), a digital mock-up or physical sample will be shared for customer approval prior to mass production.
  • Final Approval: Once the customer approves the artwork, color codes, dimensions, and specifications, Tie Verse is not responsible for any spelling errors, incorrect artwork, or design flaws present in the approved proof.
  • Color Variations: Minor color variations may occur between digital screen previews and physical fabric/material printing due to display settings and material textures.

3. Pricing, Payments & Invoices

  • All prices are quoted in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Bulk/Custom Orders Deposit: A non-refundable advance deposit (typically 30%–50%) may be required before starting raw material procurement and production for custom or bulk orders.
  • Final Payment: Full payment or the remaining balance must be cleared prior to dispatch or upon delivery, depending on the agreed payment terms.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in raw material or shipping costs; however, confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Production & Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated production and delivery times provided at the time of order are estimates only. While we make every effort to meet deadlines, Tie Verse is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen events, supply chain disruptions, national holidays, or courier logistics.
  • Institutional customers ordering for specific academic terms or corporate events are advised to place orders well in advance.

5. Intellectual Property & Brand Logos

  • Customer Ownership: By submitting a logo, trademark, crest, or custom artwork to Tie Verse, you confirm that you possess full legal authorization, copyright, or licensing to use and reproduce that logo/design.
  • Indemnification: The customer agrees to hold Tie Verse harmless against any claims, trademark disputes, legal fees, or liabilities resulting from unauthorized logo usage submitted by the customer.
  • Portfolio Rights: Unless requested otherwise in writing by the client, Tie Verse reserves the right to display completed custom products in marketing materials, social media, and website portfolios.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Stock Items: Orders for non-customized standard items can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
  • Custom/Bulk Orders: Once sample approval or production has commenced, custom bulk orders cannot be canceled, and any paid deposit will be non-refundable to cover material and production overheads.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our separate Return, Refund & Exchange Policy. Custom items are generally non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect or misprint occurs on our part.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tie Verse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, delay in delivery, or temporary website unavailability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
